Not sure either.
The first photographs are from Jame-jam and the same girls with make-up are repeated with, in the background old chadori women. There must have been only a few of them. Clearly engineered (and I don't mean the plastic face of the first lady) by jame-jam to misrepresent the supporters.
The other photographs tell a different story.
